The Grand Table: One Brand, Two Cities, Zero Confusion
WebProNC built The Grand Table an elegant multi-location fine-dining website — online reservations, menus, and events for both Cleveland and Charlotte under one brand.
Multi-location restaurants face a specific web problem: one brand, two realities.
The Grand Table serves fine dining in both Cleveland and Charlotte. Guests need location-specific everything — menus, hours, reservations, events — but the brand must feel singular and unmistakable. A site that mixes the two cities together confuses everyone; two separate sites dilute the brand. We built the third option.
Unified brand, local clarity
The site presents one elegant Grand Table identity, then cleanly separates the practical details per location. Integrated online reservations work for both dining rooms. Comprehensive menu displays, event listings, an about section, and a photo gallery complete the experience — rich enough to convey the atmosphere, structured enough to never confuse.
What we built
- Elegant multi-location architecture — one brand, clean per-city separation
- Integrated online reservations for both locations
- Comprehensive menu displays that do the cuisine justice
- Event listings, about section, and photo gallery
The takeaway for multi-location businesses
Every additional location multiplies the chance of confusing your customer. The fix is architectural, not cosmetic: design the location split into the site's foundation, so "which city?" is answered before it's asked.
