VVOXA: A Website for the AI Receptionist That Never Misses a Call
WebProNC designed and developed vvoxa.com for VVOXA — an AI receptionist service that answers small-business phones on the first ring, day and night.
Every missed call is a customer who called the competitor next.
VVOXA (say "Voxa") is an AI receptionist for small businesses. It picks up on the first ring — day, night, weekends, holidays — talks like someone who works there, books appointments into the business's calendar, and writes up every call with a summary and transcript. All on the number the business already has.
Our job: build a website that explains a new category of service so clearly that a busy plumber or salon owner "gets it" in sixty seconds — and trusts it enough to hand over their phone lines.
Show, don't just tell
AI phone agents invite skepticism, so the site leads with proof instead of promises. Visitors can read full sample calls written out line by line, listen to a real recorded demo call, or have VVOXA call their own phone in about twenty seconds. The site lets prospects interrogate the product before ever talking to sales.
What we built
- Interactive demo experiences — sample call transcripts, recorded audio, and a live "call me now" trial
- Plain-English feature walkthrough — first-ring answering, calendar booking, message-taking, live call monitoring
- Transparent pricing — $1,000 setup, $500/month, first month free, no per-minute charges, cancel online anytime
- Honest FAQ — including "will callers know it's not a person?" answered straight
Clarity converts
The site's greatest strength is its refusal to hide behind jargon. Pricing is on the page. Limitations are stated openly. The demo is one click away. For a service asking businesses to trust it with their customer relationships, that transparency is the marketing.
The takeaway
If your product is new or unfamiliar, your website's first job isn't to impress — it's to de-risk. Live demos, real transcripts, honest pricing, and straight answers beat superlatives every time.
