Project overview
WebPro NC developed Marketplace Lister to address the complex challenges faced by high-volume e-commerce resellers. This sophisticated web application transforms the fragmented process of managing listings across multiple platforms into a unified, efficient operation, eliminating the need for cumbersome spreadsheets and endless marketplace tabs.
The platform serves as a compact operations console, offering comprehensive photo-to-listing workflows. Key features include batch photo and ZIP uploads with protected storage, AI-powered drafting of titles and descriptions, and a universal listing editor for seamless preparation. It also incorporates robust inventory management with QR codes and bins, ensuring physical stock is always trackable.
Marketplace Lister supports cross-post readiness for over ten major marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Poshmark, and Walmart. Users can prepare listings once and deploy them across various channels, benefiting from per-marketplace field mapping and missing-field checks to ensure compliance and readiness before going live.
Designed for professional teams, the application features a secure workspace with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), audit logs, and encrypted secrets. This ensures data integrity and secure collaboration, providing a reliable foundation for scaling e-commerce operations.
